Do you ship internationally? What delivery option is available?

Yes, we do! We offer both tracked and untracked shipping with Canada Post and USPS through our partner carrier ChitChats. Keep in mind that most sticker orders do not include full tracking to be able to offer our customers the lowest shipping rates possible. I haven't received my order, what should I do?

Please understand that shipping may take longer than usual due to unforeseen delays. It may take up to 2 weeks for orders within Canada/USA and up to 5 weeks for international orders. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We strongly encourage our customers to add tracking to their orders for secure delivery.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed? What is your return policy?

Cancellations and returns are not accepted. Feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions about your order.
